About Me

Hello Everyone!

My name is Morgan Stallings and I am a 2nd grade teacher at Shuford Elementary. This is my  sixth year teaching overall. I have taught Kindergarten, First, and Second grade.Teaching has always been my passion and I am absolutely thrilled to be your teacher! This year is going to be filled with lots of learning and adventures and I look forward to learning and growing with you!

I was born and raised in Martinsville, VA and visit often to see my family who still live there. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Radford University. I am married to my wonderful husband, Robert Stallings, who is a Professor of Criminal Justice at Lenoir-Rhyne University. We have a fur-baby, Oliver (Ollie), who we tend to spoil. I love to take pictures of him too so please be sure to look at him in the picture below!
